You do not need to give personal or private health information of any kind to use this site, and it does not collect identifying information, other than what is voluntarily submitted by you through the Free Consultation page. The Free Consultation page uses a form in which you provide some personal information (including your name, telephone number/email address, and a concise statement) so that you may inquire about my services. I receive and store any information you enter on this site, or give to me in any other way, within the secure TheraNest electronic health records system. I will never share or otherwise use any information you provide unless you expressly give written permission for such use, via a Release of Information form.

This site has security measures in place to protect your privacy, and I follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to me, both during transmission and once I receive it. Any information submitted through the Free Consultation page will be sent directly to my secure email address through iTherapy. However, it is important to remember that no information transmitted via the internet can ever be guaranteed one hundred percent secure. Because of this, please remember to keep your statement brief, and do not disclose anything confidential or sensitive, such as detailed identifying information, symptoms, feelings, thoughts, or desires.
